STAYING AT CITY
David Silva has made it clear that he has no plans of leaving Manchester City at the moment. Silva is currently on holiday after winning Euro Cup 2012. There have been rumors that Silva might take transfer to Real Madrid this summer. But, Silva said that he is not going to join any other club. As per Silva, talks are going on between his agent and the authorities of Manchester City and his contract may be extended.
As per Silva, he has no problem in Manchester City and he is happy playing for the club. Playing for Manchester City has been a wonderful experience. He has improved his game a lot while playing for City. Silva said that when he left his previous club Valencia, he was not a versatile player. But, after joining City, he has added a lot more dimensions to his game and he is a more capable player now.
Silva joined Manchester City in 2010. He played his first match for City against Tottenham Hotspur. His first goal for Manchester City was against Red Bull Salzburg in a group match of Europa League. In his very first season for Manchester City, his performance was quite impressive. At the end of the season, the captain Carlos Tevez had said that Silva was the best buy for Manchester City that season. He performed quite brilliantly in the last season as well. Only four players of Manchester City were named in the Premier League team of the year and Siva was one of them.
Meanwhile, the manager of Manchester City, Robert mancini, has said that Silva is a vital player of the side and he had contributed a lot in the Premier League Victory of the club last season. It is good that he is not planning to leave the club.
